Jeff had been very busy and took a couple of weeks before he was able to inspect my home to evaluate what would be required to add the transfer switch and generator plug. After looking over my main breaker box, he took notes and measurements and left letting me know he would get back to me with several alternatives. Within a week, he called back with 3 different alternatives, all at different price points. After reviewing the alternatives, I decided the most expensive would be the cleanest installation, and would add additional features to my main breaker box that it currently did not have. This alternative was to remove the existing main panel, install a new main panel with all new breakers, install a mechanical generator interlock, and a box with a generator plug. This provided a secure and foolproof mechanical interlock so that the generator and line power could not be active at the same time.
Jeff's work was clean, well done and actually came in under his original estimate. He was able to get it completed quicker than his original estimate as well. There is no doubt I will use him in the future for additional work as it becomes required (if he can fit it in his busy schedule).

I spent $400 I think on that service. I would tell others that they were very knowledgeable, very professional, and very prompt. I considered the pricing to be very fair. I would definitely use them again.
