CAROLINA CUSTOM CLEANING INC

After a summer away from home, my parents' house (on a lake) had many spiders, webs, bugs and dirt on the sides, the eaves and the very high peaks above the front door and back deck. My dad had been talking about the huge project ahead of him to get it cleaned up before they had life long friends visiting. Mom and Dad went to the beach on their last trip of the summer/early fall and my brother, sister and I decided to give them an early anniversary present and have the house pressure washed - especially those high peak areas where it would be a lot tougher. I found Carolina Custom Cleaning on the web, along with 2 other companies. I called all three on the morning they left - a Monday. Peter Synowiez called me back before lunch and I explained that I needed an estimate right away and the cleaning accomplished before the following Sunday by which ever company I selected. Between my work schedule and his, we came up with Wed afternoon for the estimate. I was pleasantly surprised when Peter called me back later than Monday to say that he'd moved some things and wanted to come that day to I'd have my estimate earlier than Wednesday. That was appreciated! So by Monday afternoon, I had two estimates - both about the same price but I chose Peter because he seemed to care more about the result I was after and was really working hard to meet my requirements and timing. Given the short time frame, he said he could only fit my work in late on Friday afternoon - but that we'd have enough daylight to do the work. Happily Peter called Friday AM and told me they were ahead of schedule and could come earlier if I wanted them to - which was much better for my schedule and he knew that. The work was done professionally and quickly. Great care was taken with the house and the results were fantastic. When my parents arrived from their week at the beach, they were THRILLED to see how great the house looked!
