Description of Work: Bath re-model, floored attic, built new closet. Everything went well. Any issues that came up were addressed in a timely manner. The staff was courteous, trustworthy and punctual.

Impressed with Chesley -- he was always courteous even though we were upset in dealing with the reverse mortgage co and what the appraiser was stating in his report. Chesley always worked with us and was patient with us and did not lose his temper with us even tho we may have deserved it in the beginning since we were upset with others and might have took it out on him. We obtained 2 estimates and the other mold remediation company was twice as much as Affordable Home Improvement. We were surprised when we called Affordable Home back to ask them to do the remediation as we were afraid he wouldn't want anything more to do with us as we were difficult to deal with when he came in the beginning to give us an estimate. We were very pleased with the work every worker did in the whole process and were surprised when he gave us the final bill as it was LESS than the original estimate. My husband and I are very happy with A Affordable Home Improvement and would recommend them without any hesitation.
Description of Work: Did mold remediation on wall in garage where water backed up; fixed kitchen cabinet where mold had formed from leak; did an inspection for reverse mortgage for mold; had HVAC (air conditioning/heating vents) cleaned out & had a vapor barrier put in -- all required by reverse mortgage company.
