We just had Matt from Gentle Renewal to power wash our house and have our windows cleaned inside and outside. He did an amazing job. He was efficient, professional and did not leave a trace of being here except the sparking house and windows left behind. I was surprised when I was given the price for the extra windows at my home. All in all I paid $305 for 50 windows with a system that is so like Outdoor windex. I was assured that this is much better and no streaking. they were here barely 1 hour No squeegeeing, no wiping down with a cloth. That is ridiculous price for this kind of service. And there were some areas that did not come clean with the spray only. I almost feel like I was scammed. I will tell anyone I know to avoid this. They said they would come back if there were problems.........Not on your life................

Pure water window cleaning is indeed 75% quicker at cleaning windows and result in a deeper cleaning. Obviously, you did not get to read about our process prior to you appointment, that's ok--here is the link https://gentlerenew.com/window-cleaning/. If you have never had a professional window cleaning before we do understand how you could confuse it with a spray on windex but i assure you they do not get the same results. The pure water cleaning process uses a brush to agitate the dirt and de-ionized water removes all of the impurities that lead to spots on glass. Using pure water technology on glass guarantees a spot free, residue free window and frame. Every now an then we have to touch up a window or two due to oxidation but after 100,000+ windows cleaned by us using this method, we have had nothing but raving customers. Please understand you are not paying us for an hour of our time, yet you are paying us for service--clean windows. How long we are on site is irrelevant to the price because we chose to invest in our equipment and employees, thus making us more efficient. The industry average for window cleaning is $7 per window for exterior only. Ranging from $5-15 per window. You paid $305 for 50 windows. ($305/50=$6.10) We are under the national average and more than competitive for our area. Again if you never used a professional window cleaning we understand the misunderstanding. To the windows you stated were not cleaned well. Being we only cleaned the Exterior, you could have been seeing dirt on the inside--this happens often. That is also why we recommend a full cleaning. We do a walk-around on every property to ensure this doesn't happen. Is it possible we could miss something? Absolutely, we are human but a simple phone call to us and we would have been back within hours to fix the problem. We keep detailed notes in our system on every customer--You never called to bring it to our attention. We certainly do apologize that you did not see the value in our service. Please contact our office and we will happy re-clean your windows at no charge."

Excellent. They also do a outstanding job and very professional always on time and even notifies you via email prior to appt date to remind you they are coming. This company will clean my home for as long as I own it. I would recommend that you cover your outdoor electrical sockets. We did get water in them this last time which cause an issue. But now that I know I should have covered them, I will be ready next year! :-)

They did a full service job. Cleaned up after themselves and more. Worked with me on scheduling. Showed up when they said they would. Good service and easy to deal with either by phone or internet. We are going to have them clean twice a year from now on and are going to hire them to clean windows also.

Josh did a super job! We were originally scheduled for Saturday morning, but it rained. We wanted the windows completed prior to Christmas and Josh was booked solid, so in order to complete our job he came out on Sunday by himself. Our windows have never looked so good. Well worth the fee and Josh bends over backwards to make sure you are satisfied with the job. Easiest check I ever wrote! TOTAL PROFESSIONAL does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it!

They showed up on time, with VERY professional equipment. Took them only 1 1/2 hours. They used a LOW pressure wash system with warm water to clean the house. Not a high pressure system that can damage the siding. Outstanding work and at very reasonable price. The year before I paid 350 for my house and it was HIGH pressure wash. Was not satisfied with last years service. I HIGHLY recommend this company for cleaning your exterior of your home. The service all of the following; Pressure Washing, Window Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, Roof Cleaning, Driveway Cleaning and Rust Stain Removal.
