This is a locally owned company operated by a very generous man. He volunteers at the local community college teaching students in the hvac field. I am a cancer patient as well as my three children due to my mother's service as a nurse in the army where she was heavily exposed to agent orange. Mr. Faris learned of our situation. He along with his staff have continued to check up on us and care for us out of the goodness of their hearts. That is amazing and not common practice in business in America these days, or not as far as I have been a part of.

We have had at least 12 visits in just over a year. I have a problem getting my original invoice with details of the work completed and the cost. We have a hole in the wall where they moved tour t-stat because they said the wiring was bad which i disagreed with the entire time. After they moved the t-stat it went bad. they installed a cheaper version. That one went bad and finally they put in the same type I had from the start. During that time period we had water in the tray under the coils. I was told it was my lines backing up but I did tell them I saw water coming out of the pipe. the overflow switch did not turn the system off so I guess as one tech said they are not worth it. At the end of the years warranty the coils froze and I was told that it was leaking leaking. Now we come to part of the warranty dispute. I was led to believe that I had purchased a extended warranty. I have a list of extra that I thought I was getting and the only thing I have are the washable filters which are on that list. So they only replaced the coil that started leaking I believe from the time I had the issue with the water under the coils under warranty. They charged me for the labor. I have a $500.00 bill for replacing that unit. Now I have another frozen coil unit and am feed up with this company and I want another company to come and fix there shoddy work. I thought I was saving some money using this company but it has been one major headache. Remember every time they came out we had to take time off from work to be here so we have been inconvenienced every time we have to come out for a issue with there system.

They are very responsive which I like about them. The people are very good. They do not charge any extra for service calls for nights, weekends or holidays; it is all the same price. They come out on Christmas Day and don’t charge us extra for doing that which I think, in this day and time is unheard of. They are honest. They seem to be very knowledgeable. If there is a problem, they tell us about it and deal with it in case of repairs. They have given us excellent service. Their staff is very nice. One thing that they did do which I thought was great is that, one time, their service person charged me tax and I wrote him a check. When he got back to the office, the office person called and told me that he had charged tax by mistake and that they would refund that portion of the bill. So they sent me a check, which I thought was very nice on their part.
