MNM and Sons Inc.

After prior working with MnM [with total satisfaction], I was extremely disappointed in his service this time. After the initial contact, I never saw Mark again .. tried several times to contact him and was being told that he was "out-of-state" or unavailable as the work progressed. He had kept up with the work in the prior contact but not this time. I couldn't get him to come by when I was disappointed with the work being done and gave me no answer as to why things didn't go as I had planned them to be completed.

Being a single female Senior Citizen, I am extremely satisfied with the contracted work of Mark Caldron [M N? M & Sons, Inc.]. All work was completed prior to the contracted date. Every question was answered politely and honestly. The subcontractors were also very informative as to what they were doing [explaining the process] and maintenance information was given to me. The most admirable trait I discovered about Mark was that he IS TRULY A ?MAN OF HIS WORD?!

We could not have been more pleased with the work that Mark did for us. In every aspect of the job, he focused on how to get the most quality for the least money. He had options ready for us at every turn and helped us make the right decisions each time. Mark was also extremely helpful in working out all the little details that had to be taken care of regarding permits for construction, permits from the Health Dept and any little detail that happened to spring up during the build out. His extensive knowledge and experience came in handy on multiple occasions. Mark also did a great job of managing the subcontractors, again picking the best value for us each time and making sure that his subs were on time and doing what they needed to do. Mark was ALWAYS punctual, on time and maintained the schedule we agreed upon up front. The quality of his workmanship and his professionalism was unmatched by any other contractor I have worked with. A true professional in either residential or commercial construction.
