Joe Hansen was very professional, polite and engaging. As a customer, I had several questions about the inspection process and what he looked for. He encouraged me to ask any question I could think of. He was very thorough and methodical with every detail in his inspection. There were a few things on the house that needed some attention (which he made me very well aware of) and who I needed to contact to get the issues fixed. His demeanor was very positive and I could instantly tell he loved his job. He speaks intelligently and is very knowledgeable about home construction. I would and will recommend On Target Home Inspections to everyone I know who purchases a house requiring an inspection.

I am a first time home buyer. I needed a home inspection and was referred to On Target home inspections. Joe was really helpful and informative as he inspected the home. He didn't mind that I asked a lot of questions and he answered them to the best of his knowledge. He was very thorough and you could really tell he knew what he was doing and what kind of stuff to look for in the inspection. He also got the report to me the very same day it was very informative and had pictures to go along with the description of the inspection results to make it easy to understand. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a house.

I contacted Joe after seeing his window decal at the store. He was responsive and gave plenty of information. By the time we arrived at the house, he was already up on the roof checking the repair job which had been our primary concern. We got a detailed and easy to understand report that evening by email with pictures and arrows for reference. My aunt and uncle who have bought and sold many properties in CA and AZ are helping us with this purchase. They were present and both commented on how impressed they were with the thorough inspection and on the spot information as he went along.

The inspector was outstanding. He took me through the entire home letting me know of all the state requirements as we were looking at the items. He also inspected items he thought would be a concern in the future. All information was provided to the realtor and myself shortly after the inspection date. The inspector was the best home inspector I have met!!!
