Saturday, July 26, 2025, I filled out a service request here on Angi. Within a minute!! I had two text message responses from Garrett HVAC Repair with an offer to be here within an hour and a diagnostic fee quote. My call was answered immediately and I spoke with Spencer who said he could be here within half an hour and he was. He found the issue very quickly and had the part on hand so the repair was done within minutes. He was very courteous and answered ALL of my questions clearly and knowledgeably. I 10\10 highly recommend Garrett HVAC Repair and will be calling them for all future repairs. Thank you again Spencer! ...not only for coming out so quickly on a Saturday but also on a day with an excessive heat warning.

Heat Pump Repair or Service
My unit was freezing up and Spencer was recommended. He came out over an hour away to come and look. He showed me that it was my dirty filter causing the problem and gave me a very fair price for the little work that was needed. He was knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommended!
