Called numerous times, no answer, no voice mail available and no call back

Ron came out to my house the same day I contacted him.  He was polite and respectful of my home.  Ron immediately determined the reason the dryer was squeaking and began to make the repair.  It would have been finished the same day, but he didn't have the part on hand that he needed, so he returned the following morning and completed the repair.  The dryer is now running quietly and I'm a very happy customer!  The repair was quick and affordable.

Called the company on a Sunday night. I didn't expect to get an answer, but, they did answer the phone and said they could be at my in-laws house the next morning at 10am. Not only were they there on time, but, they were in and out in 30 minutes. Very polite and very thorough.

I called Ron first thing in the morning when I discovered our Whirlpool washing machine would not rinse or spin. He already knew the problem before seeing the machine (from his experience). He was at our home within the next two hours and had the job done in no time. I was extremely pleased with his promptness and expertise, and will certainly call upon him for future appliance repairs if needed.

Ron came out to my house twice and replaced every part of my dryer. He wasn't able to fix it, and so he did not charge me at all and even left some of the new parts in my dryer since he knew the old parts he had removed still worked. Since he was unable to repair it, he did not charge me ANYTHING for two house calls, just asked that I let him know what the issue was once it fixed so that he can learn more to be even more effective. I was so impressed with him I would opt to use him any time I could possibly need him.
