Description of Work: I paid for a evaluation of my roof. The man sent here was finished within five minutes, before I could go from the front door to the back. He was not friendly and seemed only interested in a roof job for his company. He did mail an estimate which I thought was excessive. I plan to do a roof job but would not use this company.

We are sorry that this customer was not pleased with our service. I had set up numerous appointments to assess her roof condition, only to have them canceled on three separate occasions by the homeowner. I finally had to ask one of my trusted employees who lived closer to her location to meet with her, and he was not treated with respect. We gave her a fair evaluation of her roof and provided a competitive quote to replace the roof. As for how much actual time was spent looking at her roof, I cannot say for certain but I know for sure it was more than 5 minutes.

Description of Work: Steven Rorem is an extremely professional and efficient roofer. I highly recommend him and his company for any roofing issues. He is personable, friendly, and honest. Tip Top Roofing replaced the roof for both my residence and a quadplex I own. Both jobs were done well and in a reasonable amount of time.
