David Moody is an outstanding pest control professional. Not only are his prices more reasonable than his much larger competitors, but in my opinion, he is also much better at his craft than those other guys. Prior to doing business with Western Carolina Pest Management, I had two very negative experiences with other companies. Not only would I highly recommend WCPM to others, I plan on utilizing their services on a regular basis. David has earned the distinction of being my "go to" pest control guy. He is hard working, humble, and honest. That is exactly what I am looking for in any customer experience.

Marty from Western Carolina Pest Management had done our pest inspections when we bought the log home in February/March of this year.  He said that if we wanted any treatments for bugs, it would be best to come out during the the active season.
We scheduled an appointment for late May during a week-long visit when we noticed carpenter bees creating holes in the wood.  Marty was able to come out within a few days of our call for service.  He showed up on time and even called to let us know he was on his way over.
We went over the different types of bees and insects in the area, and then Marty asked if we wanted the spraying done while we were there, or would we prefer he come back when we were gone from the area.  We had him spray while we were there.
We spent about an hour chatting about the area and life in North Carolina.  Great guy.
He told us to give him a call if we noticed the bees coming back.
After two days, I noticed an active bee hole and a hornet's nest in the dormer atop the roof.
Marty said that he would come back, no charge to get a better spray on the dormers.

The inspection and report went fantastic.  My home inspector, Dale Hanson, scheduled Marty to show up on a Saturday during the same time as the home inspection.  I was able to speak with Marty during his inspection and see and question his findings first-hand during and after the inspection.  This was very convenient and informative for me since I was flying in from out of state.  Marty pointed out things for me to look out for and also provided guidance on prevention and possible control methods.   He showed up on time and was very knowledgable.  The written report was helpful with both findings and things to look out for in the future on the property.

David has been my pest controller for about 8 years in 2 homes.  He's now also continuing to maintain the home I sold, as well as my new home.
He is courteous, on time and sprays where I ask him to, however odd he may think it is.  His price is very fair, especially when he offers a discount for doing more than 1 home in an area.   He knows bugs and how to control them.

Everything went as expected. David asked if I had any questions. I plan on continuing with the yearly renewal.

We have used him for 20 years. When he developed his own company, we followed him. He is very good at what he does and he is very reasonably priced.

We really like them and think that they are excellent.  They are really good.  We spent between $65 and $80 on the last service.  They are great and they actually go above and beyond.  They don’t just spray a little bit around the house like another service we had, but they actually do the grass and they are very good.

We have used them for 15 years. It went absolutely great. When we started out, we called the owner of the company, who worked for a different company. Then, he started his own business, so we stayed with him. He is really reasonable.

The owner's name is David and he is really very good. He has been spraying our house probably for twenty years now. He is punctual, he does an excellent job and he is reasonably priced. He comes out within four days once we call him.
