Really? The water heater shorted out during a storm one week after it was installed. There was a hassle over this but it was replaced...nothing else in the house was harmed... The worker used my bathroom and then left the property. He never made sure the toilet had quit running... I was left with a water bill that was $465 higher than my normal bill of $19.00. There was a disregarded promise to make good on the water bill...never happened. The second half of the project has not been started or completed. We can't get them to communicate with us, give us a refund on the partial payment for the AC- work or reimbursement for the water bill. We are really over this botched deal and will look elsewhere for HVAC work/maintenance. We have been the only folks making contact. The company doesn't even respond.

I CALLED THEM AT NIGHT AND THEY SHOWED UP THE NEXT MORNING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEMS RIGHT AWAY AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS AND THEIR PRICES WERE AVERAGE.
