Mr. Garcia is the ultimate professional with honesty and integrity in everything he does. He explains everything in detail. There are no surprises or upcharges. Mr. Garcia was the contractor I choose to remodel my mother's home of 50 years. Everything he quoted me was done with no shortcuts taken. Since I live several hours away, Mr. Garcia took not only photos but video as well and communicated daily with me on his progress. If there was an unforeseen issue "termites", he documented it, called me and gave me options. Mr. Garcia completed the work in a timely manner and I am happy now to call him my friend and he will definitely be my "GO TO" guy in the future! You will not be disappointed in his work. Very professional and highly ethical. After underestimating the cost for materials, Mr. Garcia offered to honor the quote he had given me even though this would have resulted in a significant loss at his expense. I did not think this would have been fair to him so we agreed on a higher price that lessened his loss but was still affordable for me. I highly recommend his company and would not hesitate to use this company again.
