The work when you get it done is quality work.  Getting information about when they are going to come to do the work is hard.  Getting them to listen to you and actually do what you want is hit and miss, in our experience.   This was our second time working with this particular plumber, and we definitely won't be using them again.
When we call to ask questions, we can never get answers from the person asking the phone.  We are always told that Ray will call us back.  Sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn't.  Usually takes 2-3 days before we get a call back when he does. When we get a quote and ask for more details about the single line item quote, we are mostly ignored.  Half the work we desired was completed.  To his credit, his quote did not explicitly state the other half of the work.  We are pretty sure he made assumptions that we didn't need the other half done, since, according to him, another group usually handles some of the work we asked him to do.
We had asked him to do the work, and he chose to ignore that part of the job, assuming it would be handled by someone else, without relaying that to us.
Getting clear communication on when people are coming and what progress they have made is impossible.
I really think these folks just dont' have good business processes in place.  The work is fine, the customer interaction (in our experience) is horrible.

Great and fast will recommend

We recently bought a house that has sat empty for over two years so we had some plumbing concerns when the slow draining tub in the second bathroom stopped draining at all. Watkins came too the house and determined there was a washcloth stuck in the drainage pipe which was removed for only $80.00, which i feel is a very reasonable price, We also where given an estimate for moving the washer hookups out of the kitchen and that as well was a very fair price. Watkins plumber was friendly and answered all the questions we had about our new home ! A+ rating all the way!!!

It went well.I watched them do the work from beginning to end and it all went according to plan.

They are outstanding. They made it better than I thought they could have. It was excellent. The price was reasonable too; I was expecting to be taken literally to the cleaners by these people. It was actually right in line. I liked their professional attitude. I liked the way they could look at the problem, and see exactly what needed to be done and explain it to me clearly so that I could understand it too. I liked how they took everything that was old stuff and replaced it with state-of-the-art, current stuff. There were no bad attitudes from anybody; the workers are all great people.

The overall job was wonderful. We have no problems or concerns.

Overall, the work Mr. Watkins did was great. He listened to what we wanted and did a great job.
