Fantastic. We had just bought the house and it desperately needed a cleaning after the previous owners had vacated the property. Cathy and her crew arrived and spent many hours deep-cleaning a large house from top to bottom. They did a beautifully thorough job, searching out and eliminating any cobweb, smudge, and dustball to be found; thoroughly vacuuming and mopping floors (real mopping, not the current damp-mop pretend-mopping that so many cleaning companies do); cleaning cabinets and appliances--in short: cleaning virtually every surface in the place. I'm a perfectionist, and when they had completed the cleaning, including dealing with some unexpected surprises (such as rotting drapes), I seriously couldn't find a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. All of the women who worked with Cathy, the owner of the company, were very friendly, conscientious and professional. They went above and beyond and I will be forever grateful. (I meant to write this review back in August 2015, but completely forgot--mea culpa!)

Cathy was very response when contacted and was able to squeeze our job in within less than one week.  She came proptly with her team, and everyone on the job was very professional.  They did a great job throughout, and even did some things we had not asked for. Some surfaces were very difficult (dried paint in sink, adheared sticky labels, old tub stains), bu everything came out looking like new.  I will definitely use Premier for my next cleaning needs.

Cathy is very easy to reach and provided prompt response to my calls and emails. Her team is very professional and friendly, I am happy to have them in my home. Cathy's team provided a post-remodel cleaning of my home and no details were missed. They cleaned from top to bottom, including windows, microwave, and under the bed. I was very happy with the fact they moved items to clean around and under, but still placed them back as I had them. Upon our first meeting Cathy explained her plan, products, employees and answered all my questions. I very much appreciate an owner who is on site and takes pride in providing the best possible service to her clients. I could not be more happy with their work and will have her team back monthly for maintenance cleanings! I highly recommend this company and in fact - three others in my family are going to be using this team after seeing my home and how happy I am with their work.

This job was a challenge and they were up for it. My home hasn't been cleaner in years and the atmosphere they create makes me feel as if I'm spending time with old friends. You will not go wrong asking for their help
