Ken was super responsive to any concerns, and equally to any changes I wanted to make, or things I wanted to add on. His guys seemed like they had been working for him a while and knew exactly what he wanted them to do, and how they needed to get things done. Ken ran several jobs in our area at once but he was by very frequently to check work and supervise. He was never gone more than an hour without checking in. I felt very good, his guys knew what he wanted, they were honest, hard working, and very polite. They kept the job site clean, removed trash at the end of each day. The guys arrived promptly each morning and started w/o delay. I felt like I got very good value for my money. The only downside here is that Ken doesn't use contracts it seems and everything is done on a handshake, and verbal agreement. This said when it came time to settle up, he substantiated his charges with receipts for materials used, labor he had used, I knew what he had used as I kept my own tally, Lets just say he was more than honest about what he had used and labor charges were accurate.   I only used Ken after watching him completely gut and restore the 2 houses across from me which are now beautiful, period correct homes. They are amazing inside and out. Ken also added a room on to my next door neighbors house, it also turned out very well. I would, and will be using Ken again in the future.
