I felt that the options I was given were fair and reasonable. Will was prompt and courteous and followed up. I didn't feel like there was any pressure to do unnecessary work or that he "discovered" major problems that didn't really exist. He solved the problem I was having, which is exactly what I expected. I did opt to have the circuit that was loose fixed. Since it was an older panel, he had to order the new circuit. It was fixed a couple of days later.
