Phone Service - Cellular
This is the second or third time I have extended my contract with Verizon, but I did not do it at all because of the carrier. I did it because the woman who works there is so sweet, and so cheerfully helpful and so nice no matter how frustrated with the phone (I hate my phone) or the service from the carrier. I figure they are all about the same, but she is a gem and I go back simply because it's so hard to find people who genuinely want to help you and enjoy doing it. They are lucky to have her.
