Anderson Jones Inc

     We were experiencing a loss of hot water after only a few minutes in the shower, washing dishes, etc. We thought it might be a heating element issue, but we were prepared for the "you need a new water heater" speech, even to the point of having priced water heaters at the local Lowes.  I called Anderson-Jones on Jan. 2 because they were close, and set up an appointment for the following Monday at 9:00.

     The service technicians were there at 9 :00 sharp, diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes (it was the lower heating element), replaced it, and were on their way.  The whole experience took 30 minutes and cost a small fraction of a new water heater.  We're very happy with the experience.

The two plumbers from Anderson-Jones worked tirelessly from around 11am to 4:30 pm (8.5 manhours). They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable and did a good job on a complex issue. The only fault I had with Anderson-Jones was a mix-up on an appointment I had scheduled with them to do this job a couple weeks earlier and they never showed after promising throughout the day that they would get to me. They apologized for the mix-up and deducted $75 from this bill as a show of good faith. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I have used Anderson Jones Plumbing many times for repairs of various faucets, pipes and pumps. They have always been professional, tidy and have never charged more than, what I considered, reasonable for any job that they did. Once they answered a call to my sister's home to stop an extremely messed up pipe and it was late at night. I recommend them to everyone. I used the n/a for price, because every job is different, and adjustments for times outside of regular hours are going to be slightly higher than regular hours' prices.

He did a great job and went the extra mile by putting insulation in a hard to reach spot to minimize the likelihood that it will happen again.

They were very friendly, and I really trust them to get it all done!

Called Anderson Jones Pluming mid day when there was no water any where in home. I went out side to find the ground extremely wet and I knew there was a problem as there had been no snow or rain in weeks. Looked under home to find water pouring out of a broken water line. I turned off the water at the meter and called Anderson Jones Pluming. The receptionist was Very nice and was told they would call me back for an emergency call appointment. About 10 minutes later I got a call back telling me all the service persons were out on calls and when one was free they would send them out ASAP. I can not complain about the timing as anytime your in the middle of a job you can't just up and leave that is understandable. About 2 hours later 2 service Plumbers arrived at my home and accessed the situation. The noted the locations of the broken water line and began to work. The Job took over 2 hours to complete and went past there normal office house which made the call an after hours call when it came to pricing. The Plumbers were kind, courteous, and Professional. I was very satisfied with the work done. I would highly reccomend them to anyone. The only reason I gave a B to pricing was the job went over there normal office hours and went to a after hours call.

They arrived on time, took extra care not to mess up the floors, removed the existing tub enclosure and disposed of it. Then they proceeded to run the electric line for the heater of the new tub. Then they poured a cement bed under the tub to insure the stability of the tub and completed the installation of the tub and the hardware.
