 + -1 more3 bids. Jerry Morgan was the low bid. Roof Ridge vents were overcome by wind and rain, necessitating replacement with ridge caps, tearout and replacement or repair of insulation, ceiling, walls and floor in half of the house. Also needed mold mitigation. End product was good as new.
