Very pleasant, good work...BUT...they brought an apprentice. I am all for OJT and I don't even mind that a 30-40 minute job took 1 1/2 hours due to training the apprentice. I had no problem with that. What I DO mind is that I was charged for 1 1/2 hrs labor for a job that was, at tops, 45 mins for an experienced plumber. They literally only needed to replace 2 short pieces of supply line and switch out the trap/drain piece because the new vanity & sink did not align exactly like the old.
