We have rented homes in ocean isle beach for 4 years now. NEVER again from R.H. McClure Realty. Mainly due to Mike Blandino, property manager, and his rude, belligerent, and extremely unprofessional behavior. We had rented a house that had several issues such as no A/C ( hot in may at the beach), leaking ceiling, birds in our dryer to name a few. Most issues were resolved eventually, slow, but eventually. The proble was, upon our return, I receive a call from Mike Blandino telling me he is keeping our deposit for leaving a dirty house! Huh?... You have got to be kidding. We followed the check out list exactly, it was as clean as when we arrived almost. Obviously there is a discrepancy as to the check out list, but the way he talked to me... He basically called me dumb. He wouldn't let me talk, and he said our issues with the house were irrelevant. He thought we were making it up! Well Mr. Blandino, explain why 3 service men came to the house! And the pictures we took, and the phone logs we have showing we called you over 12 times with no answer. I don't write reviews, but this really fired me up. Take my money Mike, it's not even about the money, you should be ashamed, and you will be reported to Greg Gore.. The owner...Didn't think I knew you had one, you told me you were the owner! Not so dumb am I?
