House Calls Locksmith

I called on a Saturday morning and he arranged to arrive in about 1 hour. He called about 45 minutes later indicating that he was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late. Mr Truesdale arrived just 15 minutes after the original time of the appointment. He quickly accessed the problem, had the appropriate parts, and replaced them. When engaging the new lock, he noticed that the hole for the bolt needed to be enlarged, which he did, and replaced the faceplate on the door frame. It works perfectly. At this point, he noticed that the bolt on my front door did not engage smoothly, and quickly fixed it- no additional charge. Botom line- Mr Truesdale arrived as advertised, very quickly repaired the lock, and charged a reasonable price for the service. I would definately utilize his services again.
