MORGAN'S CABINET INC

We purchased a new home that included custom cabinetry installed by Morgan’s Cabinets, and we’ve had ongoing issues with the installation. Despite several attempts to address the problems, they were never properly resolved. The biggest frustration has been the lack of communication and follow-through. After multiple calls and texts to the owner, Claude, over several months, and calls made to the main company line my concerns were completely ignored, leaving the issues unresolved. I would caution anyone considering this company if you want follow through with customer service once the job is done and paid for. Do your research and find a cabinet company that will provide customer service and respond to your issues.

Doesn't return calls.  Took a long time to finish the job.  When they installed the Mantel and bench seats, some of the work was pieced poorly, not matching or missing wood trim all together.  Did not make mantel to specifications.  Too busy to go over any change in detail work which led to mistakes I had to pay for. Very sloppy work!!!!!
