Richard was punctual and very quick to respond my calls, his costs were much below what I had expected and his work was through, well-thought and considerate. I contacted several other electricians and the cost quoted was at least double. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation. We have cats who like to run for the doors, he was very careful coming and going; always knocked and announced himself so we knew he was coming back into the house. I will definitely use him in the future.

Very well. We contacted Richard Murphy on Friday afternoon; he was on a job, but promised to come by on the following Monday @ 9:00 a.m. to investigate. He and his son arrived promptly @ 9:00 a.m., he quickly traced the line from the garage back to the house supply box and found a blown fuse. We thought the garage was on its own supply. He replaced the fuse and the garage was back in business. Richard is a very nice and competent, my Mom really appreciated his fast service.

Richard responded to my call for repairs immediately each time we communicated. I wish he did  plumbing b/c I had several things to be done too.

I cannot say enough positive things. He was very punctual, very professional, very quick and I was frankly blown away by the price. I think most other electricians would have charged at least twice that for all he did. I did have him back after that to fix a light fixture that came down when I tried to change the bulb. He did that at no charge. He is a gem. If I could find a plumber and a handyman as good as this electrician, I would be extremely happy.

Awesome experience. He is punctual down to the last second. He is hands-down the nicest, most personable worker I have ever hired.....just a super-nice guy. Last but not least he knows his stuff and does a great job without any messing around or wasting any time. You would think that all these attributes would come with an added price tag but his price was the most reasonable of any of the quotes I got from anywhere else.
It was worth joining "Angie's List" just to find him; if you need any electrical work do yourself a favor and give him a call.

Provider was prompt and courteous.  Work was performed efficiently and cleanup was minimal and performed by provider.  I would use this provider again!

Absolutely great experience.  He worked fast, was very polite and punctual too.  And everything works perfectly.

Called yesterday after other electrician was a no-show. Was very nice to talk to. Explained what we wanted to do, which was swap out ceiling fan light kits. Richard came out at 7am this morning, and had them both done within a half hour. I will definitely be calling him back when we are ready to install the other ceiling fans and lighting we are planning on. I highly recommend!

In every case, this company has been the lowest quote. I usually don't go with the lowest quote but this company provides fast service, professionally done, done right the first time, excellent clean up, and the lowest price makes it great.
