The work proceeded fitfully at first due to crummy weather. As soon as the weather cleared it was full steam ahead. At one point, I asked for a change order to make the steps up to the door a little more expansive. Craig and I easily came to an agreement about how it should look and his price for the additional work was fair. The change was professionally documented so we were both on the same page. It’s great working with someone so talented and professional!
