We live in Maryland and the new house is in North Carolina. Mr. Moore keeps in close contact, sending us video and pictures of the progress and written updates along the way. We have gone down to North Carolina several times during the process and Mr. Moore was always available to walk through the house and answer our questions. We met with experts in kitchen design, paint, and landscaping to ensure that we had the information we needed to make good decisions.
Mr. Moore was always willing to make changes in the house plan to make sure it met our needs. The house is not complete but I have every expectation that it will be completed on time and within our budget. Mr. Moore continues to visit other homes he has built to ensure that the owners have no concerns.
This is our first experience with building a custom home. We interviewed three other builders before selecting Moore Development. We have never regreted out choice.
