G G Goldfuss Lawn Irrigation

No not at all

I called Goldfuss to come to my house for an estimate on adding some irrigation to my pre-existing lawn sprinklers which were only installed a year ago. When the guy showed up for the estimate he said he could do the work now but wasn’t able to tell me how much. Foolishly I allowed him to do it since it was a small job They added a drip line and move the head which I requested it but they changed out four other heads which I never asked for nor did I know they did at the time of service. The work was completed within an hour and a half. I received the bill today for $452 which also included a $90 service call which was never discussed either. I spoke to the owner and got nowhere. Beware of this company they over charge!!!!!

Because of weather, had to postpone and called in advance and rescheduled. On work day, showed up at time promised. Quickly fixed leak and have had no problems since. Did great job on digging and repaired lawn as if never disturbed.

They were prompt and did great work

I can't remember to be honest with you, but they just mainly did mostly maintenance on the irrigation system and the drip system, but they were already installed. These people that work for them jump out of a truck and start working as soon as they get to your house. They do an extraordinary job and are professional. They are friendly and cost effective.

They were very responsible. Remapped the current structure, added additional zones where needed and repaired many of the existing heads. They took care in repairing the lawn where they had trenched

We met with several irrigation and landscape professionals
in February 2014. The quotes and landscape designs were all within reason of
each other however, we felt Greg Goldfuss was the person for us. The "Well
Guy" came and installed the well and Greg Goldfuss installed the
irrigation and bedding materials.
We contacted Greg several times inquiring as to when he
intended to complete the project and lay the sod. After months of excuses he
comes back to our home and explains he has "mis-measured" the amount
of sod it will take to complete the project and leaves. After more attempts to
get the project completed, Greg proceeded to let us know he was preparing
another "estimate" of the project cost.
After several more attempts to get our project completed and
our questioning why he was not finishing our project as quoted he called my
husband an expletive and stated he would be delivering a revised quote. "I
will decide if I am even willing to come out and complete the project".
On June 18, 2014, we found Greg had left a revised quote in our mailbox.
Original quoted price to partially sod our yard (due to Greg's mis-measurement) or $1,450 more to finish the job correctly. Our project did not change and our lot certainly did not grow in the 4 months since this project started. Maybe this was a bait and switch attempt.
We simply do not know.

The employees' were punctual and did the repairs in record time. The total cost of both visits was over $700.00. When I questioned this with the son, Greg regarding the cost of locating the irrigation valves, he charged $100.00 and it took the employee 5 minutes to locate them, he said that was the price and that was what I was going to pay. I told him I would pay it but would never use their services again and he said fine, and hung up. His father called me back ten minutes later to verify my street address. I told him I wasn't happy with the amount I had to pay for locating the valves. He told me his son made a mistake, the charge was $50.00 and he was the one who set the prices. So, you figure out who was telling the truth. For us, we will find someone else to service our irrigation system rather than deal with the attitude of his son.
