+ -1 moreI would definitely send others to Jim. I know him personally and he's very responsive. He always gets back to you and explains things. He doesn't try to rip you off, with Jim there isn't hardly any excess carpet. He's competitively priced.
Description of Work: Carpet Direct did hard wood floors for 2 rooms and carpeting for 4 rooms and stairs. It was good quality Shaw carpeting.
