I bought the couch and a board broke under it. They came out and repaired it, but it continued to sag. When I called and asked them what it would cost to replace it, Mark (one of the owners) said that he would see what he could do for me. He worked with LA-Z-BOY to get me a brand new couch under my warranty. They really went above and beyond.
