plumbing, drain pipe
 + 0 moreDwight is very punctual in returning phone calls. If he can't take the call right away, usually he calls back in 30 minutes to an hour. He gets out the same day. I have never had to wait till the next day with him. He may not be able to start the project, but he is there the same day to at least look over the project and give me an estimate. He cleans up after himself when he is done. I have a pet peeve or contractors smoking. I am not a smoker and I don't want to pick up cigarette butts in my yard or around my property and I don't want to come home and smell cigarette smoke. Dwight knows that all of his workers are smokers, but he respects that it is my home and does not allow any of his workers to smoke on my property. That says a lot about him in my eyes. He is an A across the board.
Description of Work: I use Dwight Rothrock at Rothrock Plumbing as my plumber. I used him last for a drain line that had clogged up in my daughter's home. The drain line for the laundry room in the basement was the old terra cotta kind and he tore up concrete in her basement, put in a new line, tied it into the sewer line, and fixed me right up.
