Lowball original contract - which I had impression included all work to be done. Except framing new windows. Should have checked contractor out through Angies List or the BBB. Never came back to take care of details as promised. Did not haul away old boards with nails and other building materials. I waited until April 2008 and finally paid someone to haul it off to the dump. Carpenter and wife were pleasant and did a nice job on the siding.
