Great service! I live in Newport and believe in staying local when possible. I left a message at 1015. My refrigerator was on its way to cooling by 1130!! Very nice man on top of that!

I called Newport Appiance Repair and left a message on their voicemail. I received a return call within two hours. I told Mr. Williams that it was not an emergency and he said he could stop by the next day in the morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the refrigerator. He showed us how to correct the problem if it occured again.
My Williams was very pleasant to have working in our house. We would not hestiate to call on him again or to recommend him to others.
