I called at noon on a Saturday, on a holiday weekend. Our AC was no longer cooling correctly. Mark came out by 3:00PM that day, didn't charge any overtime or holiday rate, topped up my refrigerant and all was good again.
Mark was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I will call him for any future HVAC issues down here at Pine Knoll Shores.

During a spell of very hot weather, the air conditioner for the second floor of my house was malfunctioning -- blowing only hot air. I called several comapnies and they had at least a week on the waiting list. In searching for someone to come out in the next day or so, I called Mill Creek Service Company. The owner said he had a number of jubs that day, but he would be in my area and could try and fit me into the schedule.
A couple of hours later, the technition arrived. He was very professional in trouble-shooting the problem and explained what he was doing at each step. Most importantly, he explained several repair options that varied in cost and expected remaining service. I chose a low cost option to just get me though the year. Within 30 minutes, he had my air conditioning system working again and he was off to his next appointment. The cost seemed very fair and included the cost of parts and labor.
I would highly recommend Mill Creek Services Company based on my experience.
