+ -1 moreExcellent. Keith is painstakingly accurate with his quotes for supplies and labor. In our case he went higher on the quote, returned supplies to the retailer and refunded us!
Description of Work: Keith and his crew took over for a lousy contractor. We hired K. Poulin to renovate a commercial building, build a stairway in compliance to the second floor, build an exterior balcony and stairway, and since then he has renovated a rental apartment and done a variety of jobs on our home as well. If he can't do it, he recommends to us trades people who are excellent and fair in pricing.
