Todd and his crew were incredibly responsive from the moment we called to the moment they handed us a receipt. They returned our phone call within a day and advised that their schedule was pretty packed this time of year but they could get to us by next week. They committed to their scheduled appointment time, did an estimate, provided a rate for the house and washing of front vinyl fence (interior and exterior), and agreed to do the job on the spot. This isn't just another veteran-owned business, this is a real, professional, detail-oriented, and efficient business that knows how to properly conduct business. We'll hire them again for future pressure washing services.

I contacted Gene's pressure cleaning on Monday 4 Jun 12 AM, left voice message. Mr Todd returned my call approximately 1530, I explained what I wanted done, gave him the square footage of home. He gave an estimate over the phone, I requested to pay more provided a cleaner was used with the pressure wand, he agreed. He said he could be out on Wednesday 6 Jun12 to do the job. Mr Todd arrived at 0800, checked in with my bride and started the job, finished around 1030, cleaned up and was gone NLT1100. Everthing I asked for Mr Todd to do was done. Outstanding job, I will use him in the future. I highly recommend Gene's Pressure clean...Semper Fi

The service was fast, the crew was pleasant and helpful and the result and price were outstanding. I would recommend Gene's to anyone who needs pressure cleaning. They work in Carteret, Craven, Jones, Onslow and Pamlico Counties in Eastern NC.
