Another project completed by Dependable Maintenance is the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Our company installed all signs, graphic arts and light boxes. We also installed all the neon lighting and constructed the round wall over the theater. Yet another project is Flippers a restaurant in Emerald Isle North Carolina. We drew the blueprints and designed the huge screened in porch increasing the actual serving areas including an outside bar. We also did the the commercial lock out and bathroom accessories for the Morehead City Boy’s and Girl’s Club. We have remodeled several houses for resale. Most of these houses were in terrible shape and unoccupied. Our company gave them a tremendous face lift both outside and inside. To date every one of those properties have been sold for a profit for the owners. Our experience goes back many years to Raleigh North Carolina. Formally Johnston Construction Company we built over 800 houses, apartment buildings and commercial retail space. Some notable projects were the interior trim in the Bahama Breeze Bar and Restaurant on Wake Forest Road in Raleigh. This included the tables and partitions.
