About us

Owner operated. My business ethic is simple: provide the best service I possibly can at a fair price and to stand behind all work performed. No subs. I do NOT have IT certification, I am self-taught, therefore, if you require IT certification you will have to look further. My hourly rate is $50. Virus/Trojan removal $50-$125. Re-installation of Operating System/system cleanup is $125. Travel charge may apply to certain areas.

I could not get or receive an email on my computer and I called her for a repair. It was a Sunday when my computer needed the repair and I throught for sure that she could not be able to come out on a Sunday, but she did! I am very happy with her services and I would not consider calling anyone else!

Needed my laptop on a business trip and knew there was something wrong-really slowing it down. Called ComputerAid and Nanette fit me in her schedule before my departure. She came to my home, getting there a few minutes early. Scanned everything, removed trojan infection, updated all programs on both my lap top and my desk top computers. Explained to me what she was doing and how I could do it myself. I would rather pay ComputerAid to update my computers than do it myself. I have complete confidence in what Nanette does.

Quick response and excellent service. Nanette worked on my desktop computer as well as my laptop. Addressed all my problems and made suggestions and did changes so I would have better email and Internet service. Nanette is very knowledgable. I have used her to fix my computer, set up a wireless network, and recover data from a failed hard drive. She has never let me down.
