I am so sorry but I got this garage "Mixed Up" with another Garage In New Bern.
The Good Review was meant for the Independent Foreign Car Garage In New Bern NC.
Mr Diaz replaced a Battery in my Car, a very "standard procedure "that most garages can do whether you have a foreign car or not.
This review was meant for the other Garage who has done repair work on my Car. I got the two Garage names mixed up.
I have only been here once, I will not go back. The Procedure was a very standard "Car Battery Replacement" so I am not qualified to give a "repair review" because this is not the garage who did the Repair Work that I meant to write the good review for.
I will say that Mr Daiz or Advanced Automotive has Cameras Everywhere "Inside" His shop which was Creepy and is He Himself is Extremely Nosy??.
He asks LOTS of questions, many of them Very Personal in Nature and I was glad to get out of the place!
I did not like being put on the Spot and if front of all those Cameras and he would not stop with the questioning.
I am an Honest Person, so I answered the question honestly.
Once I answered a question he continued to be Nosy and only followed with only more questioning. I felt like I was being "Interrogated or something" trying to have my battery replaced in my car.
I thought he seemed like a good person however , I only went in for a Battery Change and did not understand all the NOSY Questioning/Camera Situation, which was only replaced with more questions and all those Video Cameras and TV's inside??
It was a very "Uncomfortable/ Invasive Experience."
He would not stop with it, and I will never go back.
I did not appreciate his continual "Digging for Information" and all those "cameras Inside."
I simply went in for a New Car Battery!
And , there are Huge Dogs Everywhere, there is no place to sit and he somehow has all the cameras rigged up to the TV's.
It was a Creepy and Uncomfortable Feeling.
He seems like a nice person, I understand he is a Foreign Car Mechanic but he has never done any "Repair Work" on my Car.

I will/would not go back to this Garage .
