Dreamworks Custom Cabinets

Initially Dreamworks supplied 2 vanities for two separate bathrooms. They had to be called back in to repair inconsistencies and blemishes (one of which is yet to be completed). We then asked them to do some custom closets shelving. This was a disaster. The shelves didn't fit, they were reluctant to redo them in the spirit of the original design (i.e. adjustable), and when we had another contractor come in to fix the issues, Dreamworks became absolutely unresponsive. In our last call, they said they were coming out to our neighborhood soon to fix a blemish in an original vanity.... that was over 2 months ago. I have withheld a meager payment in hopes they would come and complete the work, but have decided to give up on them. The vanity work was acceptable, but by no means perfect. The closet shelves would be better served to be torn out and replaced. Some shelves are crooked, others don't fit, and the system wasn't installed correctly. I wish I could afford to redo all the closets.
