They were okay. They were not the greatest. They charged us extra and they didn't clean the carpet well. They didn't do a good job. They came on time. They said that the service we were asking for was not included and they had to charge us extra to do the service.

Service was fine, but there was some miscommunication about the scheduling. Provider did ultimately complete the service on the scheduled date, but spent part of the visit insisting multiple times that he had stated a confirmation would be required a prior conversation, which neither of us would have been able to verify. He said he did it on all of his calls and so must have when he spoken to me. It was very off-putting since he had already agreed to provide the service despite the miscommunication.

he was prompt and courteous. The rug cleaner was natural. It had a light and pleasant scent. My rugs dried quickly and they look like new.

The service went well, Ed and his wife were both present for the job. While there we some stains that were just not treatable (gum), Ed did get most of it cleaned. He did advise me on what I could try to remove those problem spots though. All in all, we are happy with their service.

It had been over 3 months since I had last had the carpets done and since Ed was going to be in my area he took a chance and called and made me a great offer. I loved that spontaneous spirit! Especially since my carpets needed to be done! Great guy, great work ethic!

I was called about 45 minutes by the provider to let me know he would be on his way. He arrived promptly and explained in detail the process for cleaning my carpets. He was very personable and thoroughly cleaned by carpets.

carpets were are oldish 7-13 years but he managed to do a very good job. I was very pleased with the results.
