"at the time of testing the chemistry was all within range. she conveniently left out the fact that she waited a whole week to re-test the water chemistry and in that time, had a heavy rainstorm hit the area and diluted her chemistry. anyone with a pool should know that water chemistry can go out of range in a week but definitely will when diluted by heavy rainfall. we can't control the weather. she hired us as a 1 time cleaning and then invited us back to work on her equipment because the technician noticed that they hadn't cleaned their filter cartridges in 2 whole years."
