Very professional abd informative. The owner always explains what he is doing and explains the process to me. I call several places and josh was the first to reach out. He now opens, cleans and closes down our pool every year. Highly recommend.

Was STUNNED at how inadequate they were. They present themselves as a Pro, LLC. It?s a husband and wife with equipment from Walmart. They didn?t even have a commercial grade vacuum. Left my pool green. Added a chlorinator (cost me $300) then charged $250 to clean filter (which they didn?t do) and then when I disputed the charge, they came onto my property and disconnected and stole the chlorinator. I have proof of all of this. Ended up costing me over $1,500 before I figured out they are NOT professionals. I live in another state so they were able to get by with things much easier. *** BEWARE!!

We just asked them to balance the chemical in our pool and they told us it was fine and then we have it tested with other company and its not fine.
