Chris Urban did an excellent job of hearing our needs, giving a price-competitive written estimate and recommendations on gas line placement and water heater brand and style; coordinating gas line installation with the city crew; purchasing appliances, removing old appliances and completing the work neatly, conscientiously, and in a timely manner. In addition, Chris alerted us to a $200 Piedmont Gas rebate for the work he had just done. Chris was professional, responsive, and a joy to work with. We'd definitely use his services again!

Chris did an outstanding job.  He showed up at the appointed time and did a professional job.  The plumbing had to be replaced so he had to work underneath the house in the crawl space as well as installing the new fixtures.  We were very pleased with the quality of product he sold us as well as the quality of work performed.

Chris is always very professional.  He cleans up after himself and I feel totally comfortable letting him work at my house without my being present.  He's coming back next week to hook up our new disposal and eventually redoing the plumbing in our half bath and upstairs guest bath.

I found Chris and his crew quick and professional. They came to check the plumbing at my mother's house, specifically in two bathrooms which hadn't changed much since the 60's. They replaced a toilet and a broken spigot. Most importantly, he accessed what needed to be done to fix and completely redo those bathrooms, cost-effectively. 
It did take a few reminders for him to send the contact information to the contractor he recommended, but I would definitely use his company again for any future plumbing services needed.

They arrived on time and completed the work quickly with no mess. The price was fair and the work was excellent.

Wes came out last week to fix our faucet in the kitchen, and then this week we realized the diverter in our guest bathroom shower was broken. We called Urban Plumbing again to see if they could come out, but they didn't return our call after a couple days. It turned out they were working round the clock on another job and never got time to return our call, but in the meantime we hired another plumber to come take a look. When they other guys showed up, it was a disaster. We told them to stop when they suggested they needed to cut into the pipes and dry wall to install this faucet; then we called Urban again. This time Wes was free and came out that day, repaired the faucet and all the bad work the other plumber did. He was so courteous and professional, and in the future we will not be using another plumber - these guys are worth waiting an extra day for.

Everything went as scheduled and my new gas heat works great.

The faucet was too old to fix, so I had it replaced. Good service for a great price.

Mr Urban was very prompt and if he couldn't be here at a certain time, would let me know ahead of time. He replaced my old leaking water heater with a new one and a few days later when I had trouble with the new one leaking, he immediately came out to replace a part at no charge. He was professional and explained what he was doing.

Quick service, very knowledgeable and excellent service. Easy to contact, talk to about problem and his quote is both reasonable and inexpensive for the amount of work. He changed out all the sinks (30 and its associated plumbing to new ones selected by owner and removed all the electrical appliances (cook top, downdraft, water heater) and re installed new natural gas fixtures supplied by owner.

The work was performed as scheduled and at a very fair price. Chris arrived on time, completed and tested his work and cleaned up any mess.
