I feel like they are probably fair. They are more expensive than the regular garage, especially if we are concerned about the warranties. I haven't felt like they have misdiagnosed or tried to charge me for things that I don't need. I would use their services again in the future.

Everything went as expected. Every service They have provided me at every visit has been excellent in every way. Other service facilities could learn from them. I will continue to use New Bern Toyota for all my service needs.

I don't know what other shops charge, so I have no comparison. They usually do a good job. You can get an appointment, but they are also willing to work you in if necessary. A couple of times, I've had to do that. They usually give you a good estimate of how long they will have your car. They have a nice waiting area with TV, coffee, and tea. It's a pleasant environment; it isn't like going into a repair shop. Everything they have done so far has been very good.
