They are always on the spot. Their internet is fast, whenever I have a problem, I call them and they fix it over the phone, or they send someone out.

Suddenlink is really expensive and that is my only complaint. They were over-priced for what we got. We are changing services to another company. The overall experience was average. They are kind of slacking. The people are not very personable. They are kind of gloomy and don't seem very happy to be working there.

I have been successful with them. When there is a problem, they are very responsive and very helpful. Their prices are reasonable and the quality is very good.
