Also, we were ok with the price estimate that we received during that phone call.
We were given an acceptable window of time for the crew to arrive to start the job. The two men arrived at our house within that time.
They explained what they would do before they started the job and gave us the total price before they started. We had one area that had the worst stain and they cautioned us that they may not be able to get it all out. They did a good job on that and there is just a trace left of that stain in a small area. We're ok with that. We were ok with the price. They didn't have to move any of our furniture as we had already done most of that. They said that there would be a charge for some furniture moving that they do, but that didn't apply to us. As I don't know how the price compares to other companies estimates, I could not give them an excellent on that rating. The price we paid included the cleaning and also a type of stain treatment similar to Scotchgard. They do offer a military discount. They did say that if we aren't happy they will correct any problems. They were friendly guys. We would recommend them to clean your carpets. Most likely, we will be using them again
