PROFESSIONAL AUTO SVC

it's difficult to find a really good Foreign Car Garage in this part of Eastern NC, you have to drive long distances to get to and quot;thingsand quot; and certain services.
For me, Professional Auto Service is the very Best in the Area !
Professional Auto Service is a Small, Family Owned Business. Bill the owner has been in business for a long time I think and is Friendly, Caring and makes his customers feel welcome; at least that's how he makes me feel.
While waiting for my car once I met a Father and Son who were also waiting and they were telling me about Professional Auto saying and quot;Professional Auto Service is the Best anywhere around, they aren't cheap; but they do it right.and quot;
In other words the Father and Son said Professional really knew what they were doing concerning Foreign Cars, and I found that to be true
I had been to Professional Auto once before , had met Bill ( the Owner) and the Technician who had worked on my Car ( Steve ) and had watched Steve do some work. They have a Glass Window where you can view what they are doing to your car which is Nice, out in the open and you don't feel as if you're getting ripped off or something.
Steve is a very talented technician/mechanic No Doubt and after he has worked on my Car, I know for a fact that it's Safe to Drive and that everything is in Top Notch Shape; even if it is an older model Volvo.
There is also another Technician who is learning really fast and is going to be very good.
This last trip I met Bill's Son Rusty for the first time, finally figuring out that it was a Family Business. Father and Son look just alike.
I do hope the next time I go in, I don't have to spend as much as I did this last time but sometimes you have to spend more than others I know and this last time this car (Previously owned by a Dear person Very Much Loved by Me ) even had some really good and quot;Pick Upand quot;!!! LOL
Here in this part of North Carolina, I know where I will go to take my Car. At least if I have to sometimes pay what I would at any large Dealership, I will get so much more for the money at Professional Auto.

Have been going to Professional Auto for years. It's not the cheapest automotive services provider, but they have taken excellent care of all our cars. My GMC Envoy is still running as well as it did the year I bought it--over ten years ago.

Very well. No complaints. They gave me a ball park figure of what the tune up would cost and said they would check over and repair as necessary and called for in this tune-up and they did just that.

They are absolutely great, reasonable and do very good work. They don't blindside you with lowball estimates. They tell it like it is and you take it or leave it. Their work is all guaranteed. I have used them exclusively for about 3 years and will continue to use this company. They are very good.

It was a very good experience. I am always happy with them. They do good work and charge good rates.
