Contacted Overhead Door Company in New Bern and scheduled the visit. They were very punctual and provided quick and professional service. The guy was in and out in about 20 minutes replaced both tension springs on my garage door. Very professional and polite employee that visited our home and the folks I spoke to on the telephone were very nice too.

Called on monday and they came out to the house to give a quote over the phone. Scheduled it to happen the following morning. All taken care of quickly and efficiently. Price seemed reasonable compared to some of the expected prices found online for this service.

I called the company for an estimate on replacement of garage door. One of the workers came out that afternoon to view the job and provided an estimate. Healso told me that I wouldn't have to get anew opener, the one I currently had was very good. The job was set up for the following week. A workman arrived and had completeled the replacement plus removed the old door in less than 2 hours. Great job, very satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

,I called Overhead Door Company Of New Bern on Monday morning. They called back in the early afternoon with a service schedule for the same day. The service man arrived, replaced both springs, checked the door, oiled the support wheels, and it was fixed in less than 45 minutes. He did a thorough and great job. He also checked the other door and tightened the chain drive - no charge. The door works great a month later - no issues at all.
