It went without a flaw. Coordinated with perfection every little detail. Windee Price, owner, responded to all my emails and phone calls, and spent hours focusing on all the details with us. She set up several planning sessions and we coordinated long distance on other details. The set up and break down of the rental equipment went flawlessly. Windee not only put our wedding together flawlessly, she added some surprise personal touches which stunned our guests. It was a hot July wedding and she had rustic buckets of cold water with washcloths for the guest to cool down after the outdoor ceremony. She and her team were seamless, in the background, and perfection to work with. Our wedding was a vision, and our guests raved on and onn about the details, which were orchestrated by Occasions to Celebrate.
Description of Work: Wedding Planning Services, Rental Coordination of all tables, chairs, linens, glassware, Wedding Consultation Services, Flowers including centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, boutenaires, rehearsal and wedding timeline coordination, lighting services, decorations at reception. Several Wedding Consultation sessions, ceremony timeline planning, coordination with vendors for appointments. Coordinating a Vintage Southern Theme wedding which came off perfectly. Putting the bride's vision to paper and making it perfection in reality. Coordinated long distance wedding details with bride & groom. Set up and clean up of all rental equipment. Occasions to Celebrate tended to all details and I would be happy to be a reference for them. Our wedding was so gorgeous that I expect Southern LIving to knock on my door soon for photos in their next issue. Windee Price is a business professional who did everything from start to finish that we wanted.
