Mitchell Movers were fantastic from beginning to end! Alexandria at the office was always pleasant, helpful and efficient and responsive. The quote went smoothly, he was very friendly and knowledgeable! The Guys moving us arrived on time. Very organized and communicated what they were doing and again very efficient. Delivery went well too. We have an old house that was challenging to get some furniture to fit and get upstairs! The Guys worked super hard …did a great job! Highly recommend!!

Mr. Mitchell was great! He was prompt to respond to questions and always on time for appointments. His moving crew was hard-working, respectful, courteous and very efficient. We had a lot of furniture to move, including several family heirloom pieces. Everything arrived in the exact condition that it left New Bern in. There was no damage to either house during the moving process. I also had a freezer full of food to move. Mr. Mitchell took extra steps to plug up the freezer during the night between when our furniture was loaded and when it was delivered to our new address. Many, many thanks to Mitchell Movers for making a very stressful situation more manageable for my husband and me.

They do good work. They go out of their way to make sure nothing gets scratched up. The price was very reasonable. They were also very prompt.
